Inside the War Room
For Vodafone’s new football platform, we created a real time content operation designed to compete directly in social media. Every matchday, strategists, listeners, creatives and designers gathered in a live war room to monitor LaLiga conversations as they unfolded. While AI powered listening tools detected trending moments, our creative team rapidly translated insights into concepts, illustrations and motion pieces. Goals, controversies, iconic plays. We designed and animated reactive content in real time, launching campaigns while conversations were still hot and culturally relevant.


Real time. Real impact.
Over 21 matchdays, the platform generated 4.5 million interactions and more than 30 million views, reaching over 18 million fans. Engagement averaged 9,000 interactions per piece, with 98% positive sentiment. Most importantly, Vodafone’s attribution to the football territory increased by 360%. By combining live listening, fast creative execution and strong motion design, we positioned Vodafone as an active voice inside football culture, not just a broadcaster.
